1、“MaycheerAI ‘Software is an APP launched by Chongqing To-Do Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as ’we” or “MaycheerAI AI”), and your access to or use of the “MaycheerAI” By accessing or using “MaycheerAI” APP client, software, WeChat service number and other platforms or services operated by third parties supported by MaycheerAI, you indicate that you have read and understood (minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read) all the terms and contents of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) as well as the terms and conditions contained in MaycheerAI. MaycheerAI's guidelines, rules, policies or statements are an integral part of these Terms of Service, and references to this User Agreement include references to those documents. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Copyright Notice. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the MaycheerAI software, products or services.
2、MaycheerAI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, change, add or remove portions of the TOS at any time without notice. (3) Not to transmit or publish the following contents on MaycheerAI's website and mobile clients: statements that incite resistance to or undermine the implementation of the Constitution, laws and regulations; statements that incite subversion of state power or undermine national unity; statements that violate social customs and morals; and statements that incite ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermine national unity;
(4) May not use any MaycheerAI to insult or slander or harass others, and may not endanger minors in any way;
(5) May not spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, illegal religion or abetting crime;
(6) MaycheerAI shall not be used to engage in theft of trade secrets, theft of other users' personal information and other illegal and criminal activities;
(7) May not intrude into the site and MaycheerAI's computer information system, and may not spread viruses, Trojan horses, time bombs and other malicious viruses or programs that may cause harm to MaycheerAI's system or affect its normal operation;
(8) Shall not engage in all profit-making business activities not agreed by MaycheerAI;
3. In order to use the MaycheerAI service, users are required to equip themselves with the necessary equipment for accessing the Internet and using value-added telecommunication services, and to bear the costs associated with accessing the Internet or communication and information fees charged by a third party (including, but not limited to, telecommunication or mobile telecommunication providers). If value-added telecommunication services are involved, we recommend that the user confirm the relevant fees with their value-added telecommunication service provider.
Users agree that MaycheerAI has the right to place all kinds of commercial advertisements or any other kind of commercial information in various ways in the course of providing network services.
1、Users can use the services provided by MaycheerAI by registering an account with MaycheerAI.The ownership of MaycheerAI account (including name, nickname, username, etc.) belongs to MaycheerAI.After completing the registration procedure, users will be given the right to use MaycheerAI account, but only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their accounts and passwords. The right to use the user account and password belongs only to the person who initially applies for registration, and is prohibited from being given, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold.
3、Users should provide complete, true, accurate and up-to-date personal information, which is essential for the use of MaycheerAI's services and the recovery of lost MaycheerAI account and password. If the problems caused by untrue registration information are borne by the user himself, MaycheerAI is not responsible and has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.
4. If the user's account and password are illegally used by others or any other security problem occurs, the user should immediately notify us through the contact information at the end of this agreement. Due to hacking or the user's fault caused by the account, password was illegally used by others, MaycheerAI does not bear any responsibility.
5、MaycheerAI will establish a sound user information security management system, in accordance with MaycheerAI privacy policy to protect user information security.

2. This Agreement does not grant the User the right to use any of the trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive branding features of Mayfair AI. If we or our cooperating third parties have not registered the graphics and characters related to “MaycheerAI” as a registered trademark, the user shall not register it as a registered trademark without authorization; if the user applies for registration or has already registered it as a registered trademark, the user shall cooperate with the company or its cooperating third parties to apply for withdrawal of the registered trademark application to the competent trademark registration authority. If the user applies for registration or has registered it as a registered trademark, the user shall cooperate with the company or the third party with whom the company cooperates to apply to the competent trademark registration authority for withdrawal of the application for registration of the registered trademark or application for revocation of the registered trademark, or the user shall transfer the registered trademark to the company or the third party with whom the company cooperates gratuitously, completely and irrevocably.
3. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, the User shall not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, or use for any commercial purpose, in any form or by any means, any part or all of the MaycheerAI Services.
4. For any content uploaded to the publicly accessible areas on MaycheerAI by users through MaycheerAI and this web service (including but not limited to personal information, personalized signatures, etc.), the user agrees that MaycheerAI has a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license worldwide to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and share the content of the service in any form or in any way. The information posted by the user on MaycheerAI shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and the user shall not upload, post, modify, transmit or reproduce any copyrighted materials, trademarks or proprietary information belonging to other persons in any way without the prior written consent of the relevant right holder.
6. MaycheerAI has a reasonable and prudent obligation to protect intellectual property rights on the Internet. When MaycheerAI has reason to believe that a user is clearly infringing on the intellectual property rights of any third party, or when it receives a claim or complaint from a third party regarding intellectual property rights, the company has the right to remove, block, or disconnect the allegedly infringing content at any time without prior notice and without any liability. If a user who has been removed, blocked or disconnected believes that his/her behavior or content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, he/she may claim to MaycheerAI to reinstate his/her content or behavior, provided that he/she provides MaycheerAI with a detailed description of the situation and sufficient supporting documents. 5. Users expressly agree that the risks and consequences of using MaycheerAI's services will be borne entirely by them, and that MaycheerAI will not be liable to them.
